10-Day Instrument Training

The training I had in Van Nuys was one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve ever been apart of. When I went out there, it had been over a year since I made any contact with ATC and I had a minimal understanding of instrument flying considering I’m in the Ag aviation business. Within 10 days I felt completely comfortable with all aspects of flying IFR, I couldn’t believe it. John was an absolute joy to work with, it’s always nice to have an instructor who knows exactly what a student needs but can also make you laugh throughout the entire experience! The guy is a riot! Great experience out there, beautiful flying, and I picked up my first tattoo on the sunset strip…can’t beat that trip!
